Mission Statement: To help Female High school Seniors going on to college or trade school by providing financial assistance through scholarships in memory of our beloved Patricia “Cookie” Morlock.
About The Scholarship
This scholarship program is intended to provide a female student, graduating high school, who is moving on to college or trade school, financial assistance in the form of a one time $500.00 scholarship.
This scholarship will be awarded to the female applicant that exemplifies Courage, Strength in Spirit and, the ability to overcome obstacles in their life.

MAKE A CHANGE, MAKE IT WORK, MAKE IT AS A TOUGH COOKIE
To qualify for the Tough Cookie Memorial Scholarship; the applicant must:
Be a graduating High School Senior
Have a total Household income equal to or less than $80,000.00
Fill out application which includes a questionnaire and short essay.
Have application submitted no later than April 15th
All applications that meet the minimum requirements stated above will be considered for scoring.
Scoring of applications will be determined by set members of the “Tough Cookie Fund” in collaboration with the “Morlock Foundation”.
The recipient of the scholarship will be notified and awarded a $500.00 dollar check from the “Tough Cookie Fund” during the time at which her respective high school presents their awards.
Be advise that Tough Cookie Fund has the right to add additional scholarships at various levels at their discretion and fund balance.
